Modifica parcialmente la Estructura Orgánica Funcional de la UNNE -Res. nº 794/98 -C.S.- estableciendo que la Subsecretaría de Relaciones Insterinstitucionales será categorizada como Secretaría General de Relaciones Interinstitucionales con dependencia jerárquica de la Rectora.
